For product sellers

The cart sells it. Nothing brings them back.

A store is very good at the moment of purchase and has nothing to say afterwards. So you buy the same customer twice, three times, at full price, and call it acquisition.

What somebody bought, when they are likely to need it again, and the message that brings them back — attached to the order rather than guessed at.

The five questions

What is it?

The repeat half of a store, which the checkout does not do.

How does it work?

Orders inform the timing. A reorder nudge is built from what that customer actually bought and when.

Why should I trust it?

Where the timing cannot be worked out from the history it says so rather than defaulting to a generic interval.

What do I do next?

Connect the store and look at who is already due.

What if it does not work?

The store keeps working exactly as it does now.
