AEGIS will never re-issue a retired Praetorian ID or a burned Sovereign Line. Identifiers are permanent. Numbers, when burned, return to the void.
AEGIS will never run a Praetorian's identity audit against any database we cannot legally query, and will never store or sell the audit results outside the Praetorian's own encrypted record.
AEGIS will never invoke the Sovereign Promise (24h burn-and-replace) without a verified compromise report, and will never deny it once verified. The Promise binds AEGIS, not the Praetorian.
