A directory of the visible Praetorians. By their consent. Never otherwise.

Most Praetorians stay cloaked — that is the point of the protocol. The directory exists for the small number who choose to be findable: the published founders, the public-voice builders, the people whose work asks to be reached. Listing is opt-in. Default is OFF. The Sovereign Line is never published — only a contact-form handle the directory member controls and can revoke.

• Aggregate counts only render here — no PII leak. The Council never sells, shares, or trains on Praetorian data outside the Praetorian's own tenant.
