These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Density6 LLC (“Density6 LLC,” “we,” “us”), which operates the DriftFunnels platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a product, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DriftFunnels is a business-operations platform that helps businesses run marketing, sales, messaging, scheduling, payments, and customer-relationship workflows. Some products are offered by independent businesses that build on DriftFunnels (each, an “Operator”). When you buy from an Operator, your agreement for that product is with the Operator; Density6 LLC provides the platform.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You own the content and contact records you bring to the Service. You connect your own payment processor, messaging numbers, sending domains, and AI keys where applicable — your money flows to your own accounts, and your credentials remain yours. We access your data only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy . You are responsible for having the legal right and the necessary consents to process the data you upload and the messages you send.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. Any examples, projections, or targets shown on the Service are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on many factors we do not control — your effort, your market, your offer, and your execution. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of income, revenue, savings, a refund, a credit-score change, or any other specific outcome.
The Service and its content are for general business and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or insurance advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
The Service integrates with third parties (for example, Stripe for payments and Vonage for messaging). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
If you subscribe to AEGIS, we provide you a business phone number and protect it as part of that subscription. To deliver this protection, you authorize us to check, through our telecommunications provider (Vonage), whether the SIM card for the mobile number you enroll has recently been changed. We run this check only for the mobile number you enroll and only to protect your account, and we keep only the result and the time it was observed. You can stop the check at any time by canceling AEGIS from your account or by emailing privacy@driftlessvip.com.
You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Density6 LLC or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for how we treat your data.
If we detect a recent SIM change on your enrolled number, or we verify a compromise you report, we will retire the affected business number and assign you a replacement at no cost. We aim to complete the replacement within 24 hours, and we will complete it no later than 72 hours after the detection or the verified report. These time commitments are ours alone; our providers do not make them.
The Service, including its software and brand, is owned by Density6 LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. Content or licenses you purchase are governed by the specific license terms presented at purchase.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Density6 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Density6 LLC for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You can export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
