We want you to feel good about what you buy. This policy explains how refunds work for products and subscriptions offered through DriftFunnels.
Some products are sold by independent businesses (“Operators”) that use DriftFunnels and their own payment processor. When you buy from an Operator, that Operator handles the sale and any refund under the terms shown at checkout. When you buy a Density6 LLC plan or usage credits directly from us, the sections below apply.
Because digital products and courses are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable once accessed — unless a specific product states a satisfaction window at checkout, or the law where you live requires otherwise. If a product promised a specific guarantee (for example, a stated money-back window), that guarantee is honored as written on the product’s page.
Optional AI-usage credits are consumed as you use AI features and are non-refundable once spent. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of that purchase has been used. The monthly included allotment has no cash value and is not refundable.
A refund reflects the purchase, not the outcome. We do not guarantee income, revenue, savings, a refund from any agency, a credit-score change, or any other result, and a disappointing result is not by itself grounds for a refund. See our Terms for details.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay a resolution and may result in suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

The Free Gate tier is free, permanently, and you do not need a credit card to start. The Free Gate is $0 forever. No credit card is required.. Paying for a higher tier buys more volume and more leverage — it never unlocks a capability we were holding back.
If it turns out not to be for you, you have paid nothing and there is nothing to cancel.
