For software founders

You can build it. Nobody taught you to sell it.

The product is the part you are good at, which is why there is more of it than there needs to be. The distribution is the part nobody taught you, and shipping another feature is the most comfortable way to avoid it.

It works out what has to be true for the business to reach the number you name, then hands you the one thing that is currently blocking it.

The five questions

What is it?

The commercial plan for a product that already works.

How does it work?

You state the outcome. It works backwards to the volumes that implies and checks them against what your account can actually do.

Why should I trust it?

Where a figure is missing it reports a gap rather than filling it, so the plan does not rest on a number nobody measured.

What do I do next?

Name the number and read what it says is in the way.

What if it does not work?

Change the number and it recomputes from the same evidence.

The Self-Governing tier is free, permanently, and you do not need a credit card to start. The full platform, every engine, every trade — free forever. Paying for a higher tier buys more volume and more leverage — it never unlocks a capability we were holding back.

If it turns out not to be for you, you have paid nothing and there is nothing to cancel.
