Not the IRS. The provider is not the Internal Revenue Service or any government agency and is not endorsed by one.
No guaranteed refund or outcome. No one can guarantee a tax refund, a specific refund amount, or the removal of a penalty. Any figures shown are estimates based on the information you provide.
Estimates are estimates. Penalty and interest calculators use current published rates and your inputs; your actual amounts are determined by the taxing authority.
Penalties and interest are yours. Filing on time and paying what you owe is the taxpayer’s responsibility. A preparer helps you file accurately — it does not assume your tax liability.
Prepared by qualified preparers. Returns are prepared by qualified tax preparers; complex matters may be referred to an Enrolled Agent or CPA.
Your consent to use your information (IRC §7216). Federal law requires your written consent before your tax-return information is used or disclosed for anything other than preparing your return. You will be asked for that consent, you control what you agree to, and you may decline.
If you use a credit product, the following consumer protections apply:
You can do this yourself for free. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your own credit file directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and to a free copy of your credit report.
Factual disputes only. The service disputes information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable — it does not remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information, and no honest service can.
No score or deletion guarantee. No one can lawfully promise a specific credit-score increase, a specific number of deletions, or a result within a specific time.
You stay in control. You authorize the work in writing, you can review what is sent on your behalf, and any action taken as your representative requires your signed authorization. We never log in to your accounts using a stored password.
Your right to cancel (CROA). You have a written contract, the right to cancel within three business days at no charge, and you are never charged a fee before services are performed.
This is a summary, not legal advice. Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) are explained in the written agreement you receive before any work begins.
Coaching, Courses & Income Claims
No income or earnings guarantee. Any business, coaching, or mentorship product is education and tools — not a promise that you will earn money, save money, or achieve any specific result. What you earn depends on your effort, skill, market, and execution, which we do not control. Success stories are examples of what is possible, not what is typical or expected.
If you buy a license to resell, rebrand, or operate on behalf of others, the specific rights, limits, and obligations are set out in the license terms presented at purchase, which you accept at checkout. A license grants the stated rights only; it is not a franchise, a partnership, or a promise of customers or income.
When you pay a business that operates on DriftFunnels, your payment goes to that business through its own payment processor. Density6 LLC does not take a share of that payment and is not the merchant of record for it. See our Terms and Refund Policy .
